South Korean career matching platform Saramin (formerly SaraminHR Co.)  said on Tuesday that it has unveiled an AI interview coaching service that combines its own AI technology with ChatGPT.

The service generates interview questions based on self-introduction documents uploaded by Saramin members, with a natural language understanding of the technology used to provide the basis for each question.

The service is designed to help job seekers better understand why specific questions are being asked during interviews.

Saramin has also incorporated ChatGPT into its job seeker community to provide appropriate answers and advices based on posts.

Kim Jeong-gil, Head of Saramin AI Lab, said the company is studying various ways to apply ChatGPT to its services and hopes to reduce job search activity time and improve recruitment efficiency.
