Kia Corp., South Korea’s second-largest automaker, released One More Round, a teaser video series of its first pickup truck The Kia Tasman.

It covers the behind-the-scenes story of the Tasman's development, which involved rigorous testing amounting to 18,000 rounds.

It showcases the adventurous spirit of the Tasman, emphasizing its commitment to exceeding higher standards daily.

The Tasman underwent testing in various regions, including South Korea, the United States, Sweden, Australia, and the Middle East, with a development period spanning over four years.

It underwent 1,777 types of tests, including off-road performance, durability, R&H (ride and handling) tests, trailing stability tests, and water fording tests.

The Tasman is Kia's first pickup truck model developed with its technology. The camouflaged model was unveiled last month at the Busan Mobility Show.

The Tasman will be officially unveiled at a world premiere event in the second half of this year and is set to be launched sequentially starting in South Korea, followed by Australia, Africa, and the Middle East in the first half of next year.
