Mercedes-Benz Korea announced on Wednesday that it has ranked first in the imported car dealership category for the 10th consecutive year in the 2024 Korean Service Quality Index (KSQI) organized by Korea Management Association Consulting.

The service quality index objectively evaluates the quality level of a company's products and services. Evaluators in Seoul and the five major metropolitan cities assess various items through face-to-face interviews with 140 companies and organizations across 34 industries.

In this year's evaluation, Mercedes-Benz Korea scored 97.1 points in customer sales interactions, securing the top spot in the imported car dealership category.

It also ranked first in the certified imported used car category for the fourth consecutive year.
