The American Chamber of Commerce in Korea (AmCham) announced on Wednesday the official launch of its Young Professionals Program (YPP), aimed at nurturing the next generation of leaders.

AmCham plans to cultivate future talent through this program and strengthen the South Korea - the US alliance and global economic development by enhancing human exchange.

YPP offers extensive networking opportunities, connecting next-generation leaders in their 20s and 30s with leaders from various public and private sectors.

Participants will receive direct and indirect guidance and mentoring from top-level executives.

At the YPP kickoff meeting held on June 27, Kim Kyoung-hoon, President of Google Korea, participated as the first mentor.

YPP is set to serve as a dynamic platform for discussing business initiatives and policies that impact AmCham members active in Korea.
