SK C&C, an information and communications technology affiliate of South Korea’s SK Group, will create an artificial intelligence (AI) investment strategy service specialized in Kospi-listed stocks jointly with a domestic fintech company.

The company announced on Tuesday that it has signed a business agreement with fintech company Quantit and its AI stock trading platform, Market Caster AIST (AI Stock Trading), for live testing and service platform operation.

Market Caster AIST is an AI investment strategy platform that selects and manages optimal investment stocks among Kospi-listed companies using financial data-focused AI modeling. It analyzes Kospi stock price data, financial statements and other information to predict profitability one month ahead and supports the formulation of optimal investment strategies.

Under the latest agreement, SK C&C will enhance its existing AI financial investment platform, Market Caster, which has been developed and serviced since 2019, by implementing AIST, which adds real profitability prediction capabilities tailored to the Kospi market. This improvement will elevate the utilization of AI investment through Market Caster to a higher level.

SK C&C plans to continuously introduce AI financial investment services based on the Market Caster platform in collaboration with various domestic financial institutions in the future.
