SPC Samlip Corp., a subsidiary of South Korea’s food and bakery giant SPC Group, announced Wednesday that it has launched a B2B solutions brand called "Yaam" aimed at café and bakery operators, which it will showcase at the 2024 Seoul International Cafe Show.

Yaam provides comprehensive solutions for running cafés and bakeries, including an online platform for purchasing all necessary ingredients, a logistics chain for direct delivery to reduce transport time and business consulting.

As Yaam’s flagship product, SPC Samlip introduced the "Baro Dough," a ready-to-bake item that can be baked and sold immediately after thawing, eliminating the need for dough shaping and fermentation, thus saving preparation time. Yaam offers 2,000 items for bakeries, delis and cafés, including ready-to-eat sandwiches.

From Wednesday to Saturday, SPC Samlip will participate in the 2024 Seoul International Cafe Show at COEX in Seoul's Gangnam, running six themed booths focused on bakery, deli and ingredients, and providing consulting for café and bakery businesses. Various events are also planned for show attendees.

“Yaam is a solution brand that systematizes our ingredient supply business for cafés and bakeries, offering high-convenience products and professional services,” said a SPC Samlip official.
