Paris Baguette, the bakery franchise owned by South Korea's SPC Group, said on Friday that it will participate in the London International Franchise Show 2023, which is set to take place on April 14 and 15 in London.

The event aims to connect companies with potential franchisees and investors. Paris Baguette plans to showcase its brand and hold consultation sessions for franchising within the UK at the event.

Over 250 companies from 50 countries across 25 industries are expected to participate in the event, including US-based McDonald's and UK-based Black Sheep Coffee in the food and beverage (F&B) sector.

Jack Moran, SPC's Global Strategy General Manager, stated that the company aims to actively pursue franchising opportunities within the UK and drive expansion into the European market through this event.
