"Cookie Run: Tower of Adventures", the globally popular mobile game of South Korean game developer DevSisters Corp., was selected the Best for Google Play Games on PC, the category in "Google Play's best apps and games of 2024".
"Speak," an AI-powered English conversation learning app by Speakeasy Labs, was named the best app.
"Cookie Run: Tower of Adventures" achieved dual honors, earning the titles of Best Game of the Year and Best PC Game of the Year, thanks to its immersive universe and diverse characters.
Other notable winners include "Solo Leveling: Arise," named Best Story of the Year, and "Kingdom Rush 5: Alliance TD," which won the Best on Play Pass award.
Google Play highlighted that South Korea topped the awards list with the most wins across 20 categories, including over 20% of all awards in the gaming sector.
