South Korea's travel agency network Modetour Network Inc. said Tuesday that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with mobility platform Danida on Jan. 11 to provide a more comfortable travel experience to Hawaii.

Danida launched on Jan. 10 "Integrated Hawaii Mobility Service," which offers airport pick-up, carrier delivery service, and customized tour guide programs.

Through the latest agreement with Danida, which provides mobility services optimized for the needs of independent travelers, Modetour will reflect the diversified tastes of customers and strengthen its services for a better travel experience.

To this end, the two companies will undertake partnership projects through integrated mobility services, sales of collectible items related to both companies, and the development of joint business models.

"Hawaii is the most popular destination for independent travelers. With the agreement with Danida, we will provide customized tour services so that travelers can enjoy beautiful Hawaii more comfortably," said Cho Jae-gwang, head of the product division at Modetour.
