LG Electronics Inc. is targeting the overseas indoor golf market with its premium commercial projector LG ProBeam.

The company said on Thursday that it would participate in the world's largest golf exhibition PGA Show 2023 to be held in Orlando, Florida, for four days from Tuesday. This is the first time LG Electronics is participating in a golf trade show.

It will introduce an indoor golf solution customized for different spaces in collaboration with K Golf, a company specializing in the manufacturing of indoor golf simulators.

Visitors can experience realistic golf rounding with a high-definition resolution of 4K (3,840×2,160) in the indoor golf experience zone based on the LG ProBeam Laser 4K.

In addition, in the booth decorated like an indoor space of a high-end house, visitors can enjoy a home cinema on the ultra-large screen of LG ProBeam.

"As the number of golf enthusiasts increases across the world, the demand for indoor golf is also steadily on the rise. In some foreign countries where there are many independent homes, there are many cases where indoor golf spaces are created, so the market for indoor golf spaces and devices will grow further," said an official of LG Electronics.
