South Korea's KT Corp. has developed a solution called "DX Care" that allows for easy and fast diagnosis of corporate intranet quality issues.

KT's DX Care is a traffic diagnostic solution that automatically diagnoses network traffic in the increasingly digitalized corporate intranet environment and generates reports.

DX Care analyzes traffic and load occurring in elements that make up the network, such as circuits, servers and access points, based on packet analysis and robotic process automation (RPA) technology, down to the second. It also provides solutions for analyzed traffic issues and service quality degradation problems.

Previously, when quality issues occurred in corporate data exchange services, such as degraded video conferencing quality or interruptions and disconnections, it took a long time for specialized personnel to identify the causes. However, by using the DX Care solution, one can quickly find out the root causes and solutions, including network expansion or equipment reallocation.

KT has pilot-tested the DX Care solution in some KT office locations, including one for its Fusion Technology Institute. The time required for traffic optimization has been reduced by approximately 80% compared to the conventional methods.

KT plans to offer this solution to corporate customers as a subscription service and also plans to add consulting functionalities to propose improvements for DX services based on diagnostic results.
