South Korea's Hyundai Engineering Co. announced on Wednesday that it won the Asia Design Prize 2024, an international design competition in Asia.

Hyundai Engineering's landscape structures, Weaving Garden and Cloud Shade, located in the HillState Mojong Neoluce apartment in Asan, South Chungcheong Province, were selected as winners in the space and architecture category.

Weaving Garden, a themed garden in the central part of the complex, creates a pleasant and mysterious atmosphere through mist sprays while providing effects such as reducing fine dust and temperature control.

Cloud Shade, a cloud-shaped pergola that provides shade from the sun, received praise for allowing residents to interact with nature three-dimensionally by partially allowing sunlight to pass through perforated panels.
