Kia Corp. the second-largest automaker in South Korea, unveiled the first teaser images and video of the upcoming third all-electric sports utility vehicle (SUV) The Kia EV3 on Tuesday 

The EV3 is an EV that was based on the E-GMP platform, following the EV6 and EV9.

It is a compact SUV EV aimed at leading the popularization of EVs.

The EV3's design is based on Kia's Opposites United design philosophy, which combines contrasting elements to create a unique and harmonious look.

The front end features a future-oriented Star Map signature lighting and vertical headlamps that give the vehicle a strong and bold appearance.

The side profile is characterized by a low and long roofline that creates a dynamic silhouette.

The rear end features a voluminous tailgate design that creates a sense of spaciousness.

The teaser video released by Kia shows the EV3's silhouette with its future-oriented design elements emphasized.

Kia will reveal more details about the EV3, including its design and specifications, in an online world premiere video on May 23.
