South Korea's low-cost carrier Jin Air announced on Friday that it will launch a new route between Busan and Nagoya, starting on Sept. 14, with daily flights (seven times a week).

The flight schedule includes a departure from Gimhae International Airport at 8:30 am and from Nagoya at 11:00 am.

With this new route, Jin Air's international routes from Busan will increase to 13.

"We are starting operations in time for the Chuseok holiday, when travel demand is expected to rise. We will continue to operate a variety of routes and schedules from Gimhae Airport to provide convenient and safe air services for the residents of Busan," said a Jin Air official.
