Starbucks Korea announced on Sunday that the amount of application access increased by 50% on average compared to the previous day on last Thursday, when the "Summer e-Frequency" event, a gift event, was launched.

The amount of access by time zone increased by more than 60% from the previous day after 1 pm, especially from 5 pm to 6 pm.

Between 11 am and 12 pm, app access increased by 50% on average.
On the first day of the event, 25% more people booked the receipt of gifts by completing the summer e-Frequency.

Summer e-Frequency is an event that has been held for 11 years since 2013, and is an event that provides gifts to Starbucks members who have completed e-Frequency by purchasing a total of 17 drinks, including three mission drinks.

This year's gifts are three types of Starbucks side tables in collaboration with global outdoor brand Helinox and two types of Starbucks pan & plate produced by kitchenware companies.

Last year, a carcinogen (formaldehyde) was detected in the "Summer Carry Bag" provided by Starbucks as a gift through an e-Frequency event, sparking controversy.

Starbucks explained that it has strengthened the quality control of gift products to prevent such a situation this year.
