South Korea's Webcash Co. has launched its specialized billing solution "WeBill 365" in Cambodia.

"WeBill 365 maximizes convenience and efficiency for both Cambodian businesses and consumers, catering to various business-to-consumer needs such as education, communication, and leasing," CEO of Webcash Global Lee Sil-Kwon said on Wednesday.

WeBill 365 is an automation solution that streamlines complex billing and collection tasks for large Cambodian B2C companies dealing with payment-related tasks like tuition fees, building rent, and communication expenses.

According to Webcash Global, companies can create and send individual virtual accounts and invoices to multiple customers with just one click. Customers can easily make mobile payments by scanning the Cambodia-wide QR platform "KHQR" issued through text messages, emails, and Telegram.

WeBill 365 supports real-time task processing through both desktop computers and mobile apps. "From creating and issuing invoices to checking deposit status and reviewing work reports, tasks can be easily handled anytime, anywhere," a company source said. 

Furthermore, it offers seamless integration with enterprise resource planning (ERP). It provides an open API to update collection records in ERP systems, reducing processing time and minimizing errors for operational staff.

Additionally, Webcash Global plans to launch WeBill 365 in Vietnam later this year and has plans to expand to Thailand and Indonesia in 2024, following its launch in Cambodia.
