Samsung Electronics Co. said on Sunday that its Indian subsidiary Samsung India opened a large experience store in New Delhi’s main street Connaught Place on Jan. 28.

Customers can experience Samsung's latest product lineup such as personal computers, TVs, and wearables along with smartphones, as well as receive follow-up services.

"With the opening of the store, we will run various programs for local consumers and communities," a Samsung Electronics official said.

The new experience center came before the unpacking of Galaxy S23 on Feb. 2.

Counterpoint Technology Market Research, a global research firm specializing in mobile and technology products, forecast that India will lead the global smartphone market this year, with more than 600 million feature phone users transitioning to smartphones.
