Netmarble Corp. announced that the webtoon "MAVE: Another World," based on the virtual girl group, will be available on KakaoPage and Kakao Webtoon from Feb. 20.

Webtoon MAVE: Another World is a multiverse story based on the Mave worldview. The four members including Siu, Zena, Marty and Tyra make an emergency landing in South Korea, participate in an idol girl group audition, and become a group of warriors who change the future.

The MAVE members' appearance, stage direction and the like were put into drawing, and fantasy elements such as "the ability to see the quest window like a game" and "the ability to stop time" were incorporated into the storyline.

Kakao Entertainment pays cash to those who read the webtoon and holds promotional events such as "older idols cheering MAVE," where idols from existing K-pop webtoons and web novels send cheering messages to MAVE.

Metaverse Entertainment produced MAVE, whose title song Pandora music video surpassed 10 million YouTube views in two weeks after its debut on Jan. 25.

Kakao Entertainment is a strategic investor in Metaverse Entertainment and is responsible for MAVE's music planning and production, as well as artist management.
