Samsung Electronics Co. announced on Tuesday the opening of a new online store dedicated to small and middle-sized businesses (SMBs) in Germany as part of its plan to expand B2B online store services to 30 countries worldwide.

The Samsung B2B online store offers a diverse range of products, including TVs, monitors, air conditioners, refrigerators, laptops, tablets and mobile phones. SMB customers can benefit from exclusive corporate-only promotions, discounts on the total purchase amount and technical support, with various payment options, including installment and invoice payments, accepted in the store.

Samsung Electronics launched its B2B online store in Oct. 2021 in Australia, France, Turkey, the UK and the US, and since then, the service has rapidly expanded throughout Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, achieving impressive coverage of 30 countries in less than a year and a half.

According to Kang Shinbong, Executive Vice President and Head of the D2C Center at Samsung Electronics, the key elements to the remarkable expansion of B2B online stores are open accessibility, a simple purchase process and a variety of payment methods specialized for SMBs.

The average number of newly signed-up members globally has increased by 100%, and sales on the B2B online stores have doubled as of this February compared to last year. Based on these achievements, Samsung Electronics plans to continue expanding and developing services to provide practical benefits and support for SMB customers.
